Do you accept returns or exchanges?

No, all items are final sale due to their custom and handmade nature. Please review all details carefully before ordering.

What should I do if my item is damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll gladly work with you to make it right if the problem is due to a production error or damage in shipping.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Most orders ship within 7–10 business days. Please allow additional time for personalized or made-to-order items and during peak holiday seasons.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Because most items are personalized or made to order, we begin processing right away. If you need to make a change, contact us within 12 hours and we’ll try to help. After that, changes are not guaranteed.
